I told them I would return the car at 9pm to the parking garage, NO ONE SAID THEY WOULDNT ACCEPT RETURNS after 9pm. Had I known that, I would have called for an extension when I was caught in rubber necking traffic on the highway.

Instead, the let me in the garage, I drove to the 4th level and they told me they refused to check in the car.

If I left it they would charge me $35. So I tried to leave the garage with the car to return in the morning and was told at the exit that I had to pay $17 to leave.

Oh you think that's bad? Just wait til August when they finally bill you for the glass damage on the windshield you didn't break. Guess you shoulda took an Uber {{Redacted}}.
