AVIS Budget Group - Total lack of interest by avis / budget van hire

1 Paid and booked for the hire of van at agreed time 2 told not sure if the van is now available but a few hours later they would confirm via phone that day 3 no call so we tried them no answer whilst still in opening hours 4 called head office who didnt seem to want to help but when pushed offered a call back 5 No call back from head office 6 So no van for hire today and no idea if it will be available in the morning. thx for the wasted time and lack of info and total lack of care
